1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the site.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Fandango Pop!’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is a grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

6. Governing Law

6.1) Dispute Resolution

Any issues that we are not capable of resolving and all disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the services shall be processed through Malolos City Regional Trial Court of the Philippines or Supreme Court of the Philippines. Any such arbitration shall be conducted solely by the parties in their individual capacities, and by entering into this Agreement, you and Fandango Pop! expressly waive the right to participate in a class action.

If any court or arbitrator determines that the class action waiver set forth in the preceding sentence is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, or that the arbitration can proceed on the premise of a class action, the arbitration provisions set forth in this section shall be deemed invalid and void in their entirety. Both parties shall be deemed not to have agreed to arbitrate the claim.

6.2) Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any disputes you may have with Fandango Pop! regarding this Agreement or other applications are under the governance of the Laws of Philippines.

If Clause 1 of this Article is found to be invalid or unenforceable, both parties agree that the courts under the jurisdiction of Philippines have exclusive rights over any claims.
