The Wanderer, a character hailing from Teyvat is a warrior recognized for his erratic and dynamic approach to combat. Armed with a catalyst that he wields with exceptional skill, he harnesses the power of Anemo to unleash devastating attacks. His skills enable him[[]] to navigate the battleground, executing wind infused assaults that can beat down over world monsters.

Is Wanderer worth pulling?

To be honest, the Wanderer is a character that you should pull because you like him or this character resonates with your gaming style. If you're a player that pulls a character because you want to join the meta, the Wanderer might not be the appropriate character you should pull.

This character has an alluring personality that many players (including me) absolutely love. He is a well-written character that makes him "worth pulling". I even cosplay him!

Is Wanderer Good or Bad?

There's no such thing as a perfect character in this game. All playable characters have their own strengths and weaknesses. It's up to the player's play style or preference whether he is good or bad. These are the pros and cons of the Wanderer to answer your own question.

Pros

Wanderer is your best friend in world exploration!

As mentioned before, this character is worth pulling if it resonates with your play style. The Wanderer is a good choice for those who love to spend an hour in the game doing exploration.

If you have a low exploration progress in the game, Wanderer is a must pull character to spike up that percentage! Due to his flying elemental skill, you can sprint in the air and reach higher objects that makes exploration an easy task!

Long Range Attack

This is one of the best reasons why the Wanderer is a good character, with a long attack range. As a catalyst user, you should expect that this character will have an overpowered normal attack.

Good for Fighting Bosses/Single-Enemy

This character's charged normal ATK has a good damage output. One more thing is that his elemental burst can one-shot elite enemies if well-built. The Wanderer might be a good character if you love to randomly nuke out big enemies over world.

Cons

High Learning Curve

As a Wanderer main, formerly a Kazuha user by myself, it takes some time to get used to this character's skills. His play style might be difficult for some players.

The Wanderer has a flying capability which makes him hard to use for beginners. If you're thinking of getting this character, prepare some time to practice his skills!

Reliant on C6 Faruzan

While C6 Faruzan is not mandatory to make this character "usable" or "playable", having it can make a big difference. You will miss out on damage output if you don't have one.

Vulnerability

If you are in mid-air, a long range enemy like those slime-throwing  can hit you in an instant and knock you down. As mentioned before, this character has a high learning curve. Vulnerability adds complexity to his kits.

A shielder character like Zhongli is necessary for beginners. If you don't have one, you should practice your dodging skills.

So, is Wanderer worth pulling?

The answer is up to you. I list down the pros and cons of this character in order for you to think twice. If you're interested in using the Wanderer, you may proceed to module 2 about ascension!
